I agree, it the bottom of the J would curve back up to the middle, it would look like a J. But then I am not the digitizer. Welcome to the site. *4U
Hi !
You're all so gentle with the new arrived, I'm touched, really. A lot of thanks for each of you all. I will not be very present, unfortunately, because I'm following (?) rather many esoterical learnings (E.M.F., "auto"-recovering, egyptian therapies and so on... I precisely have to go to some of these corses this afternoon for all the week-end. However, I HAVE my Decorative VISION !!!!!!!!!!! IN the boxes, but it's a beginning. And I have no time nor place for it... Such a waste !! (lol !)And with this acceleration of earth time, things are more difficult indeed. Next month I hope to be operational (perhaps... because I have also to be operated on my right hand... So.... But wendymay is right : I will make many progresses in english if I succeed in joining you frequently.
Many thanks also to who submitted the "african" story of thumb saving from primitives, I don't remember her pseudo and now I am in a hurry.
Yesterday, I told it to three coaches and teatchers that loved it and asked me for the whole english text. This verify that embroidery brings us to every best field.
Again thanks to you all (I just look for the maining of HUG , I was thinking it was an indian term...!!)I send you my best thinkings.
torenia32,
Welcome to cute! Your English seam perfectly fine for me, . *2U
Keep reading & writing in and you will learn a lot more English. If you see a letter you don't understand just ask. Your writing is very understandable. *4u (Flower for you)
Welcome to Cute! We can understand you just fine. I hope you join us often. This is a great group of people.
torenia, WELCOME! I am happy you are here. Your English is just fine. I understand everything you are saying. My name starts with J so I look at the J in each font before I decide to get it or not. The I and J are similar many times. Hope to see you around.;)
Do not worry about your English! You do fine. Sometimes people think I don't speak English when I talk with my Tenn. accent! I have a Diamond & love it. There are a lot of support sites as well as support from your dealer. But you probably already have your new Pfaff! Am sure there is a comparision chart out there somewhere, but since they are new machines, I don't know where! Maybe some one on this site will. Welcome!
You got some great answers so I just want to say, Welcome to Cute!
A lot of thanks to all the sympathetic members which told me a nice and quick welcome !
If I understand well, the good attitude, rather between both french or italian, ..., members, is to speak only in english ? Oooopssss... I earlier answered to Nella telling that I could help her a bit... I realize I will have to translate through italian and english.. It will be a pity ! Thanks again to all of you.
Torenia.
P. S. : Can I take this opportunity to ask if somebody can compare the Diamond (Husq.) and the Creative Vision (Pfaff): I will buy the Vision tomorrow... perhaps too late for asking ?
You know that there are also "big" beautyful new" machines from bernina brother and babylock
Welcome to Cute Torenia. As Marji said your English is good enough to understand you. My first language is Spanish and my English is not too good also but when I'm not sure of something I use freetranslation.com Flower and XoXo
Welcome torenia, I am French, and my english is poor also, all my friens of cute here accept me like that, and it is very pleasant for me to be here, I am sure that it will be the same for you.We have so many things to share and at first, friendship all around the world.
Torenia, your English is good enough for us! You make yourself understood very well. Welcome to the Cute Community! I understand what you are saying about the I & J, that happens with a lot of alphabets with swirls & curls, sometimes they look very similar. Perhaps Veronika will see your post, and the design can be modified slightly. Again, welcome!!
Marji
