manami, the left column is the total number of flowers that you have - all the flowers that are given on all areas of *Cute*, the same as the number under your avatar on this page. The right column is the number of flowers that you've been given by *cuties* in this *Community* section only. Sometimes the numbers don't tally, I think they don't always update at the same time, but it all adds up right in the end. Hugs and more flowers for you sweetie.
