I have Janome Digitizer Pro, Floriani, and Tajima Pulse. I know Digitizer won't recognize ART, but I know Tajima will. I try to bring up the design, and all I get is a blank screen. There is no "height" or "width" to the design. Please, did anyone download this design and open it? What am I doing wrong? If it were not a CAT, I would have deleted it long ago and forgotten about it, this is getting aggrevating. I would really like to make this purse, went out & bought material just for it, know exactly what I want to do, but I can't open the doggone design!! Arrrrggghhhhh. Oh, the design was from Storytellingworld, I think. If you need, I can find the post and repost the link for the design. Any help will serve to save what is left of my sanity. Thanks loads, Marji

Thanks, everyone, for your help, there is now a front and back of a kitty purse in my sewing room. This has been the most troublesome kitty, hee hee hee. Wrong format, wrong size, then my machine didn't like the bobbin thread I was using. And I'm way not sure about the "quick & easy" part of the directions, took me 3 hours just to make the front, hee hee hee. But there *will* be a finished kitty purse in projects one of these days!!!! Thanks loads again, friends!! Marji

Exactly the one! Apparently I'm going to have to download True-Sizer to convert it. Tajima's Pulse has ART capability, but steadfastly refuses to read this file!

I have used True sizer many times and so far I am happy with it. I use it exactly for that converting files that my program wont recognize and on a frew occasions I have been able to fix files that my other program said were corrupted.

I saved it too. Let me know if you solve the problem I wanted to make it too. But I'm ten steps behind you :-)

Yep! My Janome dealer also sells Bernina, and I would probably drag myself down there, but if there's nothing in the file, seems senseless. Someone must have actually opened this cat file, right? Please?? (whine, beg, plead) Marji

Mickey, did you convert the actual cat ART file? I have programs that will open ART to convert to JEF (I don't have Wilcom True-Sizer) but there seems to be nothing in the file when I open it, or try to open it. There is a "file size", which suggests there is information there, but there is no number of stitches, or height & width of design. Thanks, Marji

This is the link, it's way down the page when you get there. http://www.storytellingworld.com/...

Not Mickey, but I also tried and I converted the ones that are named with .ART just fine, the ones with .ART50 will not work.

I have embird and it won't convert to jef so I ended up downloading Wilcom TrueSizer. I converted the design to pes and then to jef. Hope this helps you some.
