When I click on the swak embroidery pages, the designs don't show----I just see empty boxes. My computer always does this on that site and no one seems to know why. This sometimes happens on other websites, too. Like I'm looking for the words, "click here" and the words are NOT showing. I have IE and Windows XP Media Edition.

You could have a number of things (or combination)causing this. Your file allocation for temporary internet files could be set to low or is full; your browser security settings are to high, or the security settings with your Internet Service Provider are to high. The first two can be changed under your Internet Options which is under your tools menu. Delete your cookies and temporary internet files. Set the file allocation to the maximum allowed in your browser. Set your security to medium. Where you find these depends on your browser and version, in general you are looking for Settings in the General and Security tabs.

I've just been there was no problem, but I'm not very good with computers!!

i don't know if this will help you but when i had this problem. it was my firewall blocking it so nothing would load. when i shut the firewall off then went back, the pages would then load. i then had to reset my firewall and so far every site i have been to has loaded fine. hope this helps.
