Thank you to everyone for your advice and help and I have tried what mpo has said and IT WORKED!!!! great now I can make some of these lovely angels
Oh my - I do remember that they were in a larger hoop - than they needed to be for their size - perhaps that is all that is wrong with them - I see you have some good answers and know you will let us know what worked for you. Good luck!
I too have had this problem with the format "jef". I use customizer and have found a solution. I covert them to pes or sew then I delete the Jef format and that point I convert it bact to Jef. So far that has worked every time for me and seems to resize the design back where it should be for this format. Hope that works for you as well.
Save them on your desktop where you can find them easily. Then open your customizer and click on Easy Edit.Import the design into it and make sure you have Hoop B clicked in Edit. Now you can write it to your card.
what conversion program are you using?
I am using Wilcom and a friend of mine has the same but hers worked out fine, the only thing that is different is the customizer, don't know if that makes a difference
Sometimes when I convert to jef the design sits itself outside the hoop area. I usually use 'sew what pro' to convert, and I need to change hoop size and then centre the design in the hoop. (haven't figured out how or if I can do the same thing in customizer) One angel I had to rotate slightly to fit the 4x4 hoop. So far the ones I have stitched out have come up lovely. Hope this helps.
I just looked at them in Embird and they are in a large hoop so depending on the hoop size you can use on your machine they may be too big...looks like they fit in my 5x7 hoop but are too big for the 4x4...not sure if this will help you
