Wow, I am so impressed - can't wait until your book comes out - would love to purchase a copy of it - I have a sewing machine and need to learn much more about to make things and sew some, not just embroidery. Hehehe!

I learned to draw patterns when I was in elementary school, and I made a book for that...Gosh, I never really gave it a real credit. Let us know when your book is available and thank you so much for the information, SSarner.

I hope you don't mind, I saved a copy of the picture for future reference. I've been sewing all my life, but never knew the names for things. I just make them. Never read a book about sewing and haven't taken a class since high school, until last year. Noew I'm catching up on terminology and learning to use new (and old) gadgets to make things easier. I'm looking forward to seeing your book.

You are so humbled. If you have sewing machine, you are classified as can sew. Too late to change.

Maria, I will give one for you for free as cute friend of course with my unrecognizable hand writting name on it. Some calls it autograph, other calls it signature. I actually just finished today, but there are so many places that have typo and wrong graphic. I will keep you updated on my book. Thanks.

That's nice to know Soi, specially for a non-native speaker like me who calls everything pants! Thank you for sharing this picture. *4U.

Good luck with your book. I also do designing. Used to teach pattern designing and dressmaking, and it is such fun. I am very impressed with your drawing.

This is great - always nice to really know the names of the pants we wear, huh?
