practice makes perfect, look on it as a lesson the next one will work for you
I had the same problem at first. Happened when the stabiliser was not stretched taut enough. Double layer did the trick for me. Pattern looks nice, too bad it did not work out.
I hate it when this happens. You will get better at it. *
Before my first FSL I am afraid also had, however has still gone well! This bell looks so bad not at all! However, you do not give up it, try another design. ****
Don`t worry, I have done fsl and discovered it wasn`t fsl.....lol
It's a great start, Iris. My very first FSL was a disaster... Don't give up, FSL is so fun to make!
perhaps, it could have been in the design. Try the next one that you have seen posted here that worked well.Good start anyway. My first one was just a pile of thread. ha ha ha and I DIDN'T save it.
Keep trying and you will soon have alovely collectins of FSL and I agree with Shirlene, this looks like a bell
It looks like a bell to me! Just keep working with it - you will get iy!
It is a bell - I think it's a slip up in translation, as "Cloche" is French for bell ... it looks pretty good to me - I've just abandoned an FSL foul-up so I know how it feels!! Grrrrrrr! Love and flowers from Dianne x x x
OH my - thank you both - I would have never known - without your help. I love this, when other will assist - so you can learn. THANKS!
How disappointing for you. I have just had a similar experience with a snowflake - it's such a waste of thread and time. *4U
