Can someone please tell me about "puffy form" this is new for me?????

It's a piece of foam that raises the stitches and makes it kinda pop out from the material. There are different colors to match the thread you are using

It sorta raises up the stitches in a design. You have to use a design that has long satin stitches like. I think the directions are on the package of foam. After stitching it out you just tear away the extra part.
