this is a cake made of rolled diapers and then wrapped in ribbon embroidered with baby designs. I made this for my friend's baby shower. she is having her fourth child and they are all boys this one is going to be named joseph. I put designs all around the cake. there are about 50 diapers inside and i told her to save the ribbon to add the birthdate, weight,etc. later.

I have heard of the diaper cake but never seen one. So glad you shared the photo for now I see and I just love it.

Great job, I love diaper cakes, all those nappies (sorry, diapers) come in so handy and it looks spectacular, at least this one does.
