Hi Maz54. I tried saving the design in SEW and it made 4 files. I do not know what brand of machine you have but this is a 5x 7 design. I assumed that my design was too large for the machines that use SEW. I just tried using Wilcom resizer to save it in .SEW and it also saved it in 4 files. If there is any one here that could explain what I need to do, I will by all means try it for you.

What size designs can your machine stitch?

SEW is a Janome format. One of the older ones and it will split the design if you save as SEW.That is the way it can do larger designs. Don't resize it in Truesizer if you can help it.Use the original JAN format to resize in Digitizer Pro for maz54.That way it will reduce the stitches so the design will not be too dense.

Thanks Ricky, but I do not have Digitizer Pro. I have MasterWorks. I have done all I can in my digizter program.
