This is absolutely stunning - well worth the long hours of stitching. *4U
PRECIOUS!!!!! It is absolutely worth of all the time spent! My compliments!
this is so amazing!! you did a beautiful job!!
Lovely!!. Please explain how this was done.
The lace is stitched first and joined together in order. You mark your cloth , fold in half. Mark,( blue wash a way- )horizontal, vertical, corner to corner, So it's marked in 8 lines.for the Outside border you measure -18 &1/2 inches from the centre . Centre of your design goes here. On the Diagonal 23 inches from the centre. Place centre of you design here. I use templates printed out from the Computer for the designs. For the Centre of the Cloth. Mark 7" from the centre point,on the diagonal , another large design goes here ( not too big as the lace will cover the design otherwise)On the straight of grain mark points 10 and 1/2 inches from the centre .Centre of Small design goes here. Does this help all
Very great work!!!
Roslyn, you would briefly explain like you it have made? I mine speziel the middle area: Material is sewed fitted to measure and the Lace then on it? Or is the point embroidered like Cutwork directly in the material? Or is Lace sewed in the middle on the material and is the material cut out after from below? This is made thus perfect, no fold is visible. I would try with pleasure such a table cover myself, but I do not know where and how I should start. Thank you in advance Hilde *4U
Hilde, I've explained to djack here how the embroidery was done. The lace should fit into space allowed. If you need help I'll give you the measurements for the lace placement
This is amazing!! Well done you! Love and flowers from Dianne x x x

Shirlene. The Lace come from S embroidery and the flowers are from Brother card no 14. Have fun Love Rossie
