I tried to download the free letter "M" but it didn't download. I got an error (the whole page showed weird symbols and letters). Did anyone else have this problem?

Hi, Suisse, I'll bet you were trying to download when the designs were being changed over to today's designs. That will also happen when the site is extremely busy. I hope you were able to get your M before the designs changed. Best of luck to you, and a big Welcome to Cute Embroidery! Marji
