I got this alphabet off buzz and am very sorry I didn't test stitch it Will not be keeping the designs

I emailed them and reply said they do not test the designs from people before putting on site

Yes, I tested it for Raels and it looked pretty awful.Shame, because it is a great design for guys.

I am sorry that they came out bad and your towel got ruined. What a disapointment! But thanks for letting us know so we are aware of it.

I have never got a design from there but if this is what you get I am glad I did not. I am so sorry. it could have been beautiful if it was digitised right.

I hope you send them an email with the picture and tell them this is not very good publicity for their product. To be honest I would not test stitch something that came from Buzz tools either, I would trust the integrity of the company, and so have faith in the design too. Very unprofessional of Buzz Tools. So sorry your towel got ruined, I would add a P.S. to the email and ask to be reimbursed for the towel! *

What a bummer! :-( You'd think you wouldn't need to test them if they're offered on their site... such a disappointment...
