I appreciate the free letters, but I am having difficulties downloading the color charts. I want to save them as a PDF, but the last 3 letters, J, K, L, the download changes to a Windows Media Player. I asked my computer tech if he had any ideas why this was happening, but no suggestions. Would you have any ideas?
