I'm new to machine emb. my machine does PES. When I try to download a pattern I get a msg that it is not recognized. What am I doing wrong.

Abwill, So glad to know you found us "Welcome. Since you have a pes format, do you have a Brothers or a Babylock? A great program that will convert different formats for you is "Designer's Gallery Studio". I have it and love it. H&*.

I have a brother ULT 2001. The previous owner told me to get PE design or embird. I been reading on Embird and don't like it. Looks like PE design is easy.

abwill, WELCOME to the CUTE family - if the design file is PES format when you are downloading - it should go right into your program or a file folder that you create or put it into - what is the message that is is saying? It could be a number of things - perhaps the web site has a error message - because something isn't loaded right - but if this is occuring with each download - the problem may not be from the web site - can you give a bit more detail to what is happening? Only so we can assist you a bit more.

the message that I get is that the pes file or format is not recognized. I emailed the lady I got my machine from and she says I need to get PE Desings or Embird. What do you think? I have tried to download from our site. I have a brother ULT 2001

Hello And welcome to Cute. Not sure about your message. Where are you downloading patterns from AND are you sure you are downloading PES. Whatever I am sure the problem will get rapidly sorted here and you will be able to get on with the sewing

Is this error message when you download from the interet, a dive on your computer or are you referencing downloading from your computer to your machine? What software are you using and what type of machine do you have?

when I down load PES half the time my buzz tools says can not read this file I have to download Hus and then convert it in my progran
