I just copy and paste to Word making a new doc for each alphabet or file. I print them on hole punched paper the first time I use them. Then add the used copy to a binder to reuse later. It is quick and easy and saves a lot of paper.

You can look at the designs in your software if you want to use their colors. I change my colors for whatever project I'm working on at the time, this way I don't have to worry about saving color charts.

You can right click on the opened color charts and click on select all,(or starting at the beginning of the words, hold down the left mouse button) then click on copy and you can paste into a word document. You can just keep saving into the same document, or save it into your documents folder by the name of the design.

yes you can copy and paste but make them a word doc with each file name and you can put them into one big folder so when you open it up all the single ones are there. I did this for awhile but never went back to them for use, I even had the picture with it. You can look at the colour chart through your software on screen and I would only print if I wanted to sew some where else so I could take it with me. I am now printing the ones that I am using so I can embroider anywhere and still see the colours as my machine is old and it doesn't tell me what the colours are

oh yes and I wouldn't keep saving into the one document. single files into a folder is better

No, you don't have to print all the color charts. I haven't figured out a way to save them (without printing them) but you can just pick your own colors for the designs. You don't have to go by what the site has used. And of course, with the alphabets, there isn't much variation in the colors, so you only really need to have the color chart of one letter and can easily figure out the rest of that alphabet. =]
