Then she pointed to my (flat) chest and said. "you've got nothing left there now, have you?"this cracked me up, as obviously her mum had tried to tell her why i was in hospital and that she had to be gentle with me.
A short time later, after much thought she followed up with: "Never mind Nan, when you get better they will grow back again"
What more could anyone ask for Christmas than the love of a child!
