I am guessing you probably opened a new account instead of using this one as the one for you membership. On the upper left corner next to where it says welcome: bunnylane; click on where it says "my account", a new window will open with three options. My profile, membership and my projects, click on the membership link and a subscription menu should appear. Click where it says subscription and you will se if you an active suscription. If you dont see anything maybe you just did as I thought, opened a new account. If that is not the case I will then advise that you contact the site management at http://www.cuteembroidery.com/?co...
no, I guess I done it wrong.I think I was loged in at that time can't remember now. I went to my account and it says I have no account. and it won't let me in under my name I bought the membership with.
