1.wash the currents and raisins and let them dry

2.take a bowl, put in the flour and the salt, make a kind of hole in the centre
3. take the yeast and solve this in a little bit of the warm milk
4.in the hole pour in the warm milk the egg and the yeat, mix from the centre bit by bit these with the flour untill you've got a kind of thick batter (a kind of batter as for baking bread)
5.cover the batter with a plate or towel ,put it on a warm place so it can rise for about 45 minutes
6.take the frite-pan (or other big pan) with the sunflower-oil of 190 celcius.
7. take a ice-spoon or take two spoons to make a nice ball of the batter, let it slipp into the hot oil
let it bake ( 2 or 3 balls can be done at the same time) for about 8-9 minutes. When it's baking the ball is turning all the time in the oil.
8.when it's nicely brown take it out with a skipper and leave it to cool off on some kitchen paper.
9.when it's cooled off sprinkle powded sugar on top and taste.!good luck with these.
