i also think that way that they should give me 2 new machines but in the factory they repair it and put new pieces in the machine where things are broken,my first machine is already send 3 times back to the factory in 1 year time for repairs of broken pieces, what can we do against it ,nothing only sending them to the factory

WOW! Sure hope that your machine problems get worted out REAL soon! I would ask for a NEW machine if it is not fixed as this should not happen if that machine was NEW & especially if it happened to your other machine too - thank goodness it was still under Warranty! Definitely not a good advert for that make!

Wish you all the best!

2 machines broke within a month! Maybe you should contact the manufacturer for manufacturing defects. Maybe they will end up with a recall if a lot of people are having problems. I hope it gets fixed soon for you and it should be at no charge. Maybe manufacturer will give you a new machine. I hope they do.

You are really having problems hope you get things straightened out once and for all...I guess there can be "lemons" in everything, but a real pain being without your machines...fortunate they were still under warranty...
