Irene in Oz here again. I received another e-mail address this morning from Annemarie saying there is another address to send your requests to. Could some-one tell me if I'm allowed to pass it on. The whole thing is becoming a drama. I hope all is fixed for next months order.

I just received an email addressed to all who purchased their memberships early, saying to please send order requests to a SPECIFIC emad. sorry but I didn't sign up so I just deleted the email. No doubt everyone will receive this notification in due time.

why am i not surprised?
i had several tote and purse designs from this site but one had only one size and not the two as offered and shown, i e mailed her at several of her E mail addies on many occasions over a period of two weeks but to this day have yet to recieve and answer and that was 6 months ago. help and back up is just none existant as far as i am concerend and i no longer purchase from her. I personaly know of two other people who have had delays and problems with this site having been simply ignored. only telling as it is, Good luck.

Hi there, yes I was given a membership as a xmas gift. I have sent my order in a few days ago and I still have not received a reply. I also got an email saying it wil take up to 7 days...

I joined also & got an email saying she will be gone for a couple of days & will sort things when she gets back. That was a week ago, also that they have set up a membership thingee & it wll take a week to get designs. Not too sure on all the details but I'm still waiting too.
