hi i think i saw a free standing lace shamrock at the site i was in a day ago. you could check it out lovely designs becareful there are 2 pages don't miss page 2

There is one here at sew forum - you have to join sew forum to access it. It is free to join.

I just found one on jerichodesigns. You have to hunt for it and I honestly don't remember where I found it but it looks really great.
Sorry I just noticed that you wanted FSL and this one is not.

There is one here - click special downloads on the lefthand menu. :)

I don't know if any of them are FSL but if you go to www.embroiderydesigns.com, use the search box and enter Shamrocks, they have lots of shamrocks. One might be suitable
