I downloaded the FSL Flowers but I don't know how to attach the center???

If it's to be put on something that will be washed, sew it together with small stitches. If it's to be just a decoration for something, glue it...glue's faster, but may not withstand washing over and over.

If the FSL Flowers came from tavernmaker.de, when
you have made both parts, you just glue the centre
on to the main piece.
