Rhonda Slack - Digitizer

Name of Design : "rsceltichearts_pes.zip"

The Prefix RS is to identify who the digitizer is plus then the name of the design : "rs/celtichearts_pes.zip"!

I don't know, I do know that there is a company which name is RS Embroidery but other than that could not tell. Where did you find this?

It was in a d/l from Designs by Sick. The Celtic Heart.
