I was getting tech support from someone, & he couldn't get a window to close when a program wanted him to close it. So I said,"go to Control Panel to open the program & that way you don't have to worry about the browser being opened." He wouldn't do it. So I did it myself!!! Then another tech support called me back. LOL & it worked!
