I designed this to put on a pocket on some dungarees (overalls) I'm making for Erin (I'll photograph and post the finished garment when it's done - at the moment I'm awaiting delivery of some snap tape I ordered on ebay, the inside leg seams open to make nappy changing easier!) This is a practice stitch-out - I'm not into making mistakes on the actual garment! I thought the design would make a sweet valentine card too. I've added it to my website (http://hands-and-heart.bravehost....) as a free download (they're all free ;-) ) in SEW, JEF, PES, HUS and DST formats. Love from Dianne x x x

It's under "For Baby" - both bears are in one zip file, in five formats (DST, HUS, JEF, PES and SEW.)

Cute design Dianne, it will make a pair of dungarees extra special. I just used snap tape on a preemie sized onesie, I prefer it to snaps you insert yourself, because they tend to become undone (even when I have my husband hammer them home), but I don't like the stitching to show on the right side. Any tips on that?

Not really - as it's dungarees I'm top-stitching all the edges anyway so it doesn't matter! I suppose you could sew one edge by machine then turn the tape in along the stitching and catch the other edge down by hand. I'm making two pairs so I'll try both ways and see how it goes. Love and a flower from Dianne x x x
