I was just wondering when is it that the Daily Free design changes>>>> THANK YOU

If you are referring to each design in the various links, it varies. Most days you will see a change around 9:30am. But some days it is much later. I guess it depends upon how busy they are.

Just click on Alphabets in the above link,at the top shaded in blue, then FREEDESIGNS, just below the free design there is a line that says,"Time left until free design." That will tell you.;)
