In the US there are ties with embroidery and also boxer underwear, socks and handkerchiefs. I usually just give a card and candy, so it is a personal choice for everyone.;)

Valentines sorta went down to second priority (or ist that third?) when my twins were born on Valentines! Now it is all about their birthday :)

My MOM's b-day is Valentines Day also...It is hard to find a card that says both...BUT in years past I have. She usually gets duplicates as there are 8 of us sending them!
