when I go to down load in the digi club area it tells me no designs selected. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, thanks Sheryl for guiding me through it. I finally got my January design.....

I do not belong to the digiclub, but I do belong to the 2009 club. I got my January design no problem. I haven't gone to get my February design yet. Did you try this email addy?annemarie@astitchahalf.com

Hi Irene, well I have just about had it!!!! I have been trying to get my January Design since the 1st week in January, and still haven't got it!! Many emails have been sent, I have followed all of their steps and and for the life of me I can't put my designs into the digi club sets area... Made it to the check out with my file and zero dollars and thought YES!!! its working, but, no , I have had it!! As you say they have some lovely designs but, it is really beyond me at the moment,, their site was also alot better the old way. Hope someone else has had better luck or we get proper help....Sheryl in Oz

Hi there, well I was going to put a post tonight about this tonight. This morning I tried the same thing....Oh my god, what a headache. It is already a month over due.....I cannot download my chosen design and sent them an email...Still waiting for the reply.. Mine was a xmas gift from my friend.....
I am totally disgusted with them......

I have e-mailed 4 or 5 times & always get the same answer so I try again & still get the same result. This is absolutely ridiculous. As much as I like her designs I won't join again. I just want what I've paid for & be finished with it. Headache's not the word!!!!!!!
