why when you embroidery a design it is way offwhen you go to the outline part. and how do you make your own design to put on here
Marji gave you a very good answer. You need the right software - there are various brands to choose from, although quite a few use Embird, PEDesign, Viking's 3D or the newer 4D to mention just a few. Once you've got that you need the time - it's hard work but great fun and very rewarding.
Hi, Kipper!! In order to digitize a design, you have to have digitizing software. In your software, you will import an image, then tell the computer just where to put the stitches, choose the colors, etc. I don't want to discourage you, but if you are new to machine embroidery, you might just want to sew out designs and watch how they sew out, which parts sew first, etc. until you get the hang of sewing before you try digitizing. If you are software savvy, digitizing is not all that hard, but there is most definitely a learning curve. You will make many mistakes before you make anything good, believe me, hee hee hee. Good software is expensive, and don't ever believe anyone when they say you can just 'click the image to automatically digitize it', that's baloney for the most part. Let me know if I have not answered your question, and I'll try again. Welcome to Cute! Marji
Welcom KIpper this is a wonderful site. I can not tell you. when I make a design I draw my own and digitize them but have not yet found out how to post them on here, I am not that good with the computer.
sorry I can not help you
