I am confused: I contributed for Ms. Loretta's laptop 2 days ago and have not been able to download the attractive design. What do I have to do next? Thanks for any help.

UNFORTUNATELY i THOUGHT WHEN YOU DONATED THE LINK WAS ON THE PAGE...tHAT IS HOW i GOT MINE. yOU SHOULD HAVE GOT AN CONFIRMATION WITH IT. BUT YOU WILL GET THE DESIGN ONE WAY OR THE OTHER.

I appreciate everybody's trying to help me but I did send Shirlene a private message 2 days ago and received an acknowledgment of the message and the statement that she would get back to me within 12 hours but I've received no further communication. I am not sorry I donated but I would really like to have that design. Any further suggestions? Thanks to all.

Use the contact us at the bottom of the page and ask Veronika. I believe Shirlene is currently 'coping' with some family matters, and has been away from the computer.

YEAH, YEAH! I followed jasanne's suggestion and contacted Veronika and she very kindly sent the design to me! I am doing the happy dance (LOL)!
