BKD,
If you download WINRAR (I got my link from Skeldale House) it will download all zip files and yes you can unzip all of them at once. I have downloaded as many as 65 files into one folder and unzipped them all at once. It also leaves all the zip files highlighted so that after your unzip them(you highlight them, right click, hit unzip here) you can then right click and deleted all the zip files at once. It's really an eazy program and I love it. You can zip files also with this program. It will also let you extract to another location. I generally save the zip files to where I want it to go and extract from there. There is another program out there called Free download Manager. I used it for a while, but would have probleam with it from time to time. I am also having problems with my computer so I don't know if it is the program or the computer. This program would, when you downloaded a file, would prompt and ask if it is a zip file and if you wanted to look at it. It would let you download only the, such as pes file that I needed, file(s) you wanted. I haven't used it much since I got winrar but plan on tring it again. It overrides another download function you have. But it was a nice program. Hope this helps

extract all is a part of windows programs. SewIconz also has an organizer that is reasonable. If not CatalogIT is an excellent program that will extract and attempt to sent to correct location. I think a video is available also. Just google CatalogIt and you should seen a site that will help.

Dear "bkd147" - I am not sure if this is what you want - but I'll give it a try. When I download a file a box comes up showing the brand - in my case I choose HUS. Another box comes up with "You have chosen to open etc. etc. say it is a Valentine Day's Heart design. Mine says Open with, Save File and Do this automatically for files like this from now on. I click "SAVE FILE" it is then saved to my desktop. I then have to right click on it and another box shows Open, search, explore, extract all etc. etc. Click on "Extract All" and the Extraction Wizard will appear just keep hitting next, next and then finish. Your designs will then be in another box with all the different formats. You then just hit on the one that you want for your machine. I hope this is what you are after. Good luck. With regards to the file organiser - it depends I think on what programme you have. I have the 4D programme and I save all my embroidery designs in 4D embroidery extra. Maybe someone else can help out with that question. Love and flowers to you Chris Pennifold
