They are on sale this weekend at my JoAnn Viking center in the store...in Californis .I would think that it would be the same everywhere
Not sure where it is on sale, but the best price I have seen is $179. Not sure if it is worth that price since I have not used it.
I was considering it also. It is a good price. A while back they had it for $79.
I don't know, BUT go to www.sewmuch4retirement.com and sign up and ask the question! That lady is a fountain of information! Can bet she has one!! I have looked at it as it looks like it would be much easier for arthritic hands. But can't tell you anything! Sorry.
I have never heard about a hoop that you mention, sorry I cannot help you. I bring this back on the top so that somebody can help you. Good luck
Only thing I know is what I read at the Viking site. Quote: Your Air Ease Hoop gives the best hooping results ever. Even the most delicate and thin fabrics, like velvet, organza and silk-satin are quickly and gently set in place and made taut in the Air Ease Hoop, without leaving any pressure marks on the fabric. The hoop is easily inflated with the included foot pedal, leaving both hands free for handling the fabric.
Unquote. No idea how sturdy it is, if it's as good to use as they say. Sorry I can't help you.
But thanks for quote. I know the Viking people will all tell me its greatttt
Help doesn't anyone know???? Its on sale for $59 orignally $199....
My sister has one and likes it, I think she has the designer 1. Where are they on sale? I have not seen a sale on them but will buy if on sale.
