I have been away from my home and email for a week so this may be out of date. However, I had a small error with an order from Sick in January. I was told that there would be a delay in correcting it as the woman who handles orders was living in a Red Cross shelter following damage to her town in an ice storm. Coming from Australia (worst ever floods in the North, and terrible, terrible fire in the South) I can sympathise. They have been good in keeping me informed so far.
I've gotten loads of stuff from them and never had a problem, so sorry you did, if you contact them they should make it right, pretty good people as far as I know...
