I would like to know what time of day you change your free designs.

Go to the Alphabets section at the top of the page here (it is light blue shaded). Then click on Freedesigns Every Day. Under the free design in hot pink you will see a typed line that says:
Time Left to Next Free Design. That will tell you. That means that is when the free will start to show up. Give it a few more minutes to let all of them download.
