Let's please not risk having the person who so generously gives us free designs shut down this site because of sending out designs to one another.

I just asked about being shut out from being able to download the alphabet because of asking for a couple of letters that I missed. I did not know that it was illegal to ask for anyone to send the missed letters to me. I guess I know now. I'm sorry. I wouldn't have done it, I just saw that other people were asking the same question.

Yes, you should not ask for designs, but that is not what is going on with the site. I believe that the servers were overloaded, and so things need to be straightened out again before anyone can get back in. There is a new letter (Cow 'A') available on CuteEmbroidery.com, if you have a membership.

consider a membership, it is a small price to pay for what you get and what more will come.

I guessed that most people didn't know, that is why I made the post on the question list so that it was easily seen. I appreciate your effort too cutiepie.

Sorry..I didn't know it was illegal to do that. I wouldn't want to risk a shut down and didn't know it would be harmful.

I kind of figured that people didn't know, and that is why I have been notifying everyone. I would hate to have the freebies go away!

I appriciate your comment, I'm new to this site. I also did not know it was illegal to send to each other. I won't. But what do they mean by,"Be the first to help one another?

jrob by jrob 20 Jul 2007

I think that "be the first to help one another" means those who have been doing emb longer can give help such as answering such questions as, "can I embroider on leather"...or "how do I stabilize an afghan for embroidery" or any questions regarding technical issues. Just my ideas of perhaps what is meant. Anyone else have a different take?

I think you hit the nail on the head .was it you who said something about a paint for the back of a design to make it soft not itchy
