looks great!does it changes into a pumpkin after midnight? (joke) compliments for you.
I also have this design but yet to stitch it out any good hints on it. Yours looks so great Mary
Hi Mary,
The instructions for the 4 x 4 are slightly wrong with the pattern pieces being incorrectly numbered. There are also a number of jump stitches which provide a bit of a challenge as whilst you can trim the top ones the bottom ones get stitched in. The instructions also say to use a glue gun, but I personally think that this type of glue is too thick so I used craft glue, but this is slower to dry and hence provided its own set of challenges. I stitched together the top section, which required a bit of manipulation to achieve a good result, and some sections I hand stitched first to hold them together.
Hope this helps, good luck with yours. If you need any further advice/recommendations send me a PM and I will try to assist.
Cheers,
Claire
yes our dear mariahail posted this i have this but have not done it yet just seems like a lot of work lol
This is so beautiful, Claire!!! Your work is wonderful!
Great carriage Claire, a lot of time and effort has gone into this, but well worth the effort. Great work.
Guess What?? I and a few other cuties seen this in the "real" today,, lovely work Claire, and photos never seem to do the "real life" justice, so very cute and you can just see the tiny gold accents Claire has put on the Wheels, Well done Claire
Thanks Sheryl. It is hard to get a photo that shows all the aspects you would like to share. I think the gold accents finish it off.
Cheers,
Claire
