Congratulations!! I am a professional dieter, so I know what you have been dealing with. Keep up the hard work and dedication!!!
CONGRADULATIONS!!!! i know how hard it can be. I am trying to hold mine down while trying to quit smoking.
Add water and exercise to your diet and the lbs will fly off.
Congrats to you and Hubby both. I'm so happy for you. ** No candy! hahaha!
That is wonderful - keep up the good job. Men! they can skip a meal and lose 5 pounds. We don't want to think of it as a diet, but just a life style change. Hugs
Wonderful....not only are you proud of yourself I'm sure hubby is too. You're will on your way, remember to take a daily vitamin supplement while you are dieting so you'll get all the good stuff you need. Keep the faith and those pounds will just be gone before you know it. Keep us informed as to your progress so we can be rooting for you.
Congratulations teri. A flower for every pound. I know how hard it is to lose. ***
Teri, way to go - I knew you could do it, too! When you set your mind to something - it gets done. CONGRATULATIONS!
Excellent!!! I'll enroll next week in your club. I'm 41 and I gained about 60 pounds. I like chocolate, sweets, and I'm using three medications for my asthma . On Monday I'll have an appointment with a nutritionist. I hope loss some pounds. Meanwhile, good luck with the interviews.
Congratulations! What an accomplishment! I'm proud of you.;)
That is great!! The easiest I ever lost weight was on the Mayo Clinic Diet. It is not really a diet nor do you get hungry. Bacon, eggs, grapefruit Breakfast a must/ salad, meat, grapefruit,Lunch a must/ Veggies, meat, grapefruit, Dinner a must/ 8 glasses water a day. Some veggies not allowed but can can have nuts on salad. All the meat, salad and veggies you can eat. 8 oz unsweet grapefruit juice or 1/2 grapefruit at ea. meal. Lost 65# in 6 months. Ck. online for diet. Linda in Ga
Wow, good for you Teri. I started my diet about 5 weeks ago and lose about 8 pounds with only meat and veggies and fruits. It is well worth. I totally understand how you feel. Keep up the good work and don't give up.
You Rock. But to let you in on a little secret, I found the 7 pounds you lost :(.
well shoot teri i did not have to diet you know they say if you quit smoking you gain weight well not in my case lol i have lost 15 lbs since i quit smoking lol but then not everyone has my 4 kids to chase lol
Simplyrosie, YOU GO GIRL!!! But, I agree it is not fair the way men drop weight almost without trying, and us "girls" can eat nothing but cardboard and just lose our boobs! HaHaHa I need to exercise but I can not check out this wonderful site and save all the great designs if I am on the treadmill! Right? Good luck with the job interviews and getting back into your "perfect" clothes. Sue
That is a very good result and worth celebrating. Keep up the good work.
Congratulations and keep up the good work! You know what adds came up next to yuor post? "25 pounds in 2 weeks". I think you'd have to tie knots in your skin if you managed to do that.
Good for you rosie, keep up the good work and you will be there before you know it...I'm a WW and also have been going to Curves 3 times a week, find it is working great as well...hang in there...Hugs x0x0x0x
And I have to lose as much as I can by the middle of next month...I'll be 40 and I WILL eat chocolate cake on that day! he he
This would make a great embroidery design, if someone just knew how to digitize. (Hint-hint-hint) hahaha! Sue
Do you want a "Zippy" cupcake? They are not fattening. Happy Birthday to you.
