Please, I need some help. I cannot find the letter "Q" on Snow Lady for her Floral Heart Series. Any suggestions?

It is by 2 snowmen. Could not understand the wizard of oz by that, and the Z, could not understand gravestones with cowboys, more halloween, but than I am Dutch (really trully Dutch)BYEEEE
