I don't know much bout the disease BUT do know that you are in God's hands, and We will offer prayers for relief of pain.
Oh sweetie, I have had it since 1988 or 1989. My Mon is in the hospital and I will leave in the morning. I will talk to you about Fibromyalgia when I get back. Love you!!!
2 of my daughters have this illness. One is doing very well wiht her medications. She takes something to let her sleep which apparently is important. My other daughter tried the same medicine and it did no good. I pray that you can find the right meds to make your life more manageable.
Oh, sweet Maria, that's what I have! Do try to stay with the Cymbalta if it helps with the pain. I am doing some water therapy in a big heated round pool, and the warm water helps with being able to exercise. Keep moving as much as you can, but also learn when to quit. That's a fine line, and only you can decide what amount of exercise and 'doing' is right for you, but the more you can move, the less pain & stiffness there is. I will look up a couple of books that helped me understand this really funny disease. Wishing you well, sending love, Marji
Maria I do hope the links I emailed you offered you some ideas and help xoxoxo *

Maria, that can take a toll on your body and it is no wonder you hurt - do whatever they ask of you to do and as much more than you can - I had a friend that had that for years and went to work every day - also one that didn't and she was miserable - get as much info as you can on it and be your best advocate. I will be praying for you.
That was one of the things they have told me. Take one day at a time . Cymbalta does help. You will have good and bad days some time you won't want to get out of bed but do try. do what you can and save the rest for tomorrow. Keep the faith and God will help you. God Bless you
