find it. Also, does somebody know which program is good to make designs(cliparts) ready for digitizing? Thank you in advance, Love, Yoriko.

Yoriko, I have 2... one is small and the other is a very large one that actually retails for 500-700 bucks I believe. My husband got it at Circuit City before they closed for 75% off... I about killed him for spending the money, but he's like that... always wanting to make me happy no matter what. lol

As for software, any vector program like Illustrator works well. I think most work in jpgs though so PhotoShop is my program of choice... Both are costly, but I'm sure there are less expensive alternatives out there like Paint Shop Pro.

Hugs,teri

Yoriko, you can also buy them used... check Craig's List or Ebay.

I just wanted to add...I don't sell these or have stock in the company or anything like that!!! LOL (see my comment below). I just reread it and thought, gee, sounds like I sell these things. I just like mine.

I have the Wacom Bamboo Fun tablet. It comes with the wonderful software, Adobe Photoshop Elements, Corel Painter Essentials and Nik Color Efex Pro. It was $99.00 and you can go onto their website and get tuitorials and tips for free. The software is incredible. I am a beginner on it - but I think it is a good place to start.

I asked the question on the tablet Yoriko! I finally bought a Genius A5 (half page) which is very good and not expensive at all (less than 60 €)and , if necessary, I work my design with Paint*

Hi, Yoriko! I have the Wacom tablet, but I don't know where my late husband got it. I'd say Office Max or one of the computer stores, but in OZ I don't know what you have available. As far as cleaning up clipart for digitizing, I use the Paint that came with the computer (very simple one), or my FotoFinish program. You can import clipart into your photo program, and edit it as you would a picture. Best of luck, Love you, Marji

I went to the store today, and they have several models of wacom tablets. Is 'bamboo' a reliable one? I saw 'Intuous' too, but so expensive...Thank you Marji. Love you too, Yoriko

Yikes, I didn't know they had names, or that there was more than one, duh. He bought mine about 5 years ago, so I really can't help you there. So sorry, Marji
