I would like to Thank Each and Everyone of you for all your help. I have a xp cd I bought. I just have to find the computer because of the drivers all will not work if I try to load xp on vista.

Yes it's a darn nuisance isn't it???!!!
I believe Microsoft are working on their next operating system, to replace Vista and XP, it had better be a damn sight better than the disastrous Vista!!! And it will have to be good before I consider moving from XP Pro.
