Ahhh, thank you, it brought back memories from my childhood, my friends and I use to play games with jumpropes, we weren't nearly as good as these girls. Now my kids call me old and I would be surprised if I can last 5 min with a jumprope! Hehehe!

Thanks for sharing. I think I need to go back to bed after that work-out. I did gymnastics when I was that age and even younger but I can barely get around now. I played tennis, basketball, volleyball, and softball also. I was actually the first woman that coached a little boys baseball team in Swainsboro. Ga. years ago when my son was that age (42 now). I honestly think all the wear and tear on my body all those years is what has caused me to have this crippling arthritis all over my body. My mother enrolled me in dancing and acrobats when I was 4/5 yrs. old and I took classes for many years then used all I learned all through high school in Gym and played ball for the local teams after I got married and had my son. I even played tennis up until I could no longer chase the ball. I'm hard-headed and I loved the game. My son was grown by that time. I only wish that I had known then, what I know now! Those girls brought back alot of old memories but not with a jumprope! That takes alot of coordination! Linda in Ga.

Jerilyn, you are so right - it is unbelieveable. It was amazing and So much energy went into that and all that coordination. Those girls must have spent many many hours to get that type of perfection. It was a wonderful video and thank you for sharing this with us.

Dear Jerilyn, that was absolutely amazing. I watched the first two videos which went for 8 mins each. The footloose routine was astounding. How about those girls that did double rope back flips with the little girls going underneath their legs. Fabulous choreography - big congratulations to the people who get this all working. With that sort of exercise maybe the youth of today will lose the stigma of being part of the fattest in the world. Us Aussies could use something like this over here. I am sure it would go down a treat. Love the reaction of the bear holding the salmon up in the stands - I gathered this was a combined services exhibition as there seemed to be a lot of servicemen there. Well done Love and blessings Chris
