Sturgis, SD this summer on his motorcycle. I have one that is 4x4 and a few smaller sizes but can't find the one that is 3x3.5 and I don't have a way to make one. I have the Customizer 10000 but only know how to open designs and make them a bit smaller or larger. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

It's just an applique outline you want? I can make that for you in no time. Do you want a rounded corner and would 2 mm satin stitch be enough? Let me know if this is what you want and in what format. I'll be back in about an hour and a half.

That would be great. Rounded corners are fine. I just need the stitching to be firm so it lasts a long time. Thanks so much. Someday I will learn how to make a design. Hopefully with better software. I find the 10000 not so easy to maneuver through. You are a Godsend today. I told my brother I would work on it this week so I really have to have something to show him. The patches will be in memory of my son, Adam, and my sister-in-law's grandfather.
