The proper method to weigh yourself....I have been doing this wrong for all of these years and I feel really dumb!

I told my doctor last week when he said that I had gained 4 lbs in 14months, that he shouldn't be concerned.....it was just muscle! He actually had the nerve to laugh at me!

That is SOOOO Good!!! I will begin today!!!

Better tell hubby, he is on a diet at this moment.....then again maybe not, he needs to lose it.

oh thank goodness i was in the wrong. I though my scale was on the blinge and moving in the wrong direction.

I like this way too. Doing it that way from now on.

I guess if I would have been weighing myself this way in the first place I wouldn't have thrown the scale out.

Thank you jrob for cheering me up, my dog got ran over by a car a few hours ago, he is still alive and in hospital, I hope he stays alive, he took some nasty injuries. Shame, he's only 9 months old.
