I have one it is called 'Categories for Embroidery' or 'Embroidery Categories' I can't remember where I got it from but it was a freebie.
It is a folder with other folders inside such as alphabets, Animals, Art, Buildings Clothing, Holidays, etc. each folder can have sub folders inside such as the Holidays has Christmas, Easter, New Year etc. You can add your own folders to this as you need them. I hope someone can help you find it.

I have the file - it was called categories and came zipped. I just looked at it and there is no indication of the site where I got it, i.e., not on the properties nor is there a text file.
