The way they do it at the factory. Well, I did try to upload the video - but it doesn't seem to be working - sorry - just go to the website and click on it - I guess.

I was allowed to look into the factory of my supplier. You needed ear protection as all those machines make a lot of noise. In one corner a lady was sitting at a table, a huge pile of embroidered items (racing shirts with embroidery on sleeves, front and back) on either side of her. She was clipping threads!! Fancy that!
