When I go to "enter this site" to vote there are two different numbers, In-5778 and Out-48,248 What do these mean??

In votes are the ones where you go FROM Cute Embroidery to vote for it. Out votes are where you click on Cute Embroidery from the Top Embroidery Site to come TO Cute Embroidery. So other folks who vote on other sites are clicking to come here and thus the OUT votes.
