I have Janomes, not this 11000, and very rarely have a problem, and when I do it's usually something silly I've done myself. If you're having this many problems, the dealer you bought it from needs to send it back to the factory to have it overhauled. Do it while it's under warranty, don't wait. If your dealer won't cooperate, contact Janome directly. Sounds like you might have gotten a very rare lemon. Good luck, Marji
HAVE ONE AS WELL. HAVE NOT HAD THIS PROBLEM BUT IT SOUNDS AS IF IT IS A COMPUTER PROBLEM IN THE MACHINE. THEY PROBABLY NEED TO SEND BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER TO CHECK THE COMPUTERIZED PARTS IN IT. TAKE IT BACK AND GET THEM TO CHECK THAT.
