Sorry, I can't shed any more light on the problem. I probably know as much as you do. It doesn't list the formats, so the system doesn't know where to look to find the design to download for you. Since Jrob has reported the problem, it will hopefully be rectified soon. =]

Jude, I reported the problem with chosing a format earlier today, hopefully it will be corrected tomorrow.
